Leaves in the Amazon
Steven Alexander has the last days presented many beautiful leaves on his blog (look at the link to the right). That inspired me to put forward some pictures that I took in his Bosque Santa Lucia and in Floresta National Santarem in januari 2007. Maybe you can help me Steven, to tell me what species they are?

Olle, nice pixes, as always. The first one is probably andiroba. That's a Brazil nut tree in the background. The second is from the genus miconia. The third one too. I can't get a fix on the fourth. The last image is miconia too. I'll try to remember to get some pixes of these for my blog. Cheers from the Amazon.
